The Second Chance Festival brings the community together to repair what’s broken and reimagine what we throw away.
REPAIR CAFE: Fix household items with volunteer help
TRASHion Show: Wearable art made from reclaimed materials

Bring your broken household items and work alongside community volunteers to fix them and bring them new life!
• Small appliances (toasters, coffee makers, lamps)
• Clothing and textiles (tears, hems, buttons, simple alterations)
• Jewelry (broken clasps, restringing, minor fixes)
• Bicycles (basic adjustments, flat tires, brakes)
• Furniture (loose joints, minor repairs)
• Tools (sharpening, handle repair)
• Electronics (simple troubleshooting, cords, switches)
• Kitchen items (utensils, small fixes)
• Toys and household items
Repairs are free, but tip jars are provided. All tips will be split between your volunteer and Port Orford Main Street

Turn Trash into Wearable Art!
Design an outfit using recycled or reclaimed materials—plastic bottles, rope, fabric scraps, packaging—and show it on the runway.
Saturday May 25: Display + People’s Choice voting
Sunday May 26 (1 PM): Runway show + judging
