I’ve been a board member since 2019. I’m very excited about our new members! They have brought new energy and excitement to the organization. They’re all willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the work. I see renewed energy and comradery spreading to the community. I’m really looking forward to all the exciting things we are going to accomplish in the future! This a wonderful community with great people and so many possibilities and projects.

Kim Foster (2022 - present)
As a professional marketer, I've launched global advertising campaigns from NYC to Tokyo and am excited to bring that experience to Port Orford to highlight our fantastic local businesses. When I’m not working my corporate job, I enjoy hiking, camping, foraging, birdwatching, cooking, organic gardening, collecting antique cameras, and dabbling in art projects, and am a proud member of the Port Orford Watershed Council. To be a board member of Port Orford Main Street is an honor as well as an opportunity to listen, learn, and do my civic duty by getting more involved in this beautiful community.

I was born and raised in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and worked in commercial and residential landscaping in California. I have a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and spent 20 years working on various projects in North Carolina.
My husband and I retired and moved to Port Orford two years ago. We love this beautiful little town. I look forward to being part of Port Orford Main Street.

Helen Stonhill (2025 - present)
After nearly 30 years navigating the shark-infested waters of corporate marketing, I made a break for the Pacific Ocean and found a much safer home in Port Orford. I’m deeply in love with this little town—our fishermen, loggers, artists, and especially our entrepreneurs . I’m proud to serve on the Port Orford Main Street board to support them, and I’m committed to keeping Port Orford and our local businesses vibrant, fun, profitable, and frankly, a little weird.
